Was informed in a timely manner that it would not arrive in time for Christmas. That was appreciated. That is way I had to give you a 4 in both timeliness and esperienc. Now I know to order early. My son, an adult, was very understanding and the jersey did arrive intime for our hockey week in Florida in Feb.
