Great customer service. Product is great. Upon opening package, I discovered a significant chip of plastic off the case locking bar from shipping. Case still locked OK, but had a sharp edge and required extra effort to secure. Called customer service. No questions asked. Got replacement in a few days. Am using the broken case as extra set up for reloading SpeedBeez. Great product, easy and fast to use. Much better than hard to load and easy to bend moon clips.
