I have always been satisfied and well taken care of by Dr. Vera and the new office just makes the overall experience that much better. The new office is airy, modern and sleek, I like being able to look out the window while in the chair. The technology is great, I appreciate being able to see my x-rays on the large new monitors while Dr. Vera explains what she sees. A couple of points to consider - the parking lot seemed tight with the snow taking up at least two spots and the new dental chair seemed to have a bit too much lumbar support at first although I got used to it by the end of the appointment.
