BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY! WORST COMPANY EVER!!! Spent over $10K on a storage unit cover the last 3 years. CC expired and they wouldn't refund the $75 late fee that was changed when the CC didn't go through. Despite me calling and giving them a new card. ZERO customer service! Huge company with units all over the country! Gave them my new card but asked to speak to a manager before they run it. Nobody contacted me and they ran it anyway!
