AVOID AT ALL COSTS. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!! Long story short: The technician could not diagnose my furnace's issue (intermittent short-cycling) and the owner is a PSYCHO. Seriously, he called me at 8:04pm on Monday, 5 APR 2021, and didn't even know that one of his techs had already been to my home. Within 1 minute of being on the phone with Ben, he lost his mind (mentioned repeatedly, in many reviews) and started calling me a 'racist' and telling me that he makes more money than me, and he's sick of dealing with 'people like you'...and on, and on.
