We had Swayze/Green Sphere service our lawn for two years. Every time they serviced the lawn, I would get a survey asking me about how the technician performed. While I was working from home, the tech came for the final annual treatment. I watched him walk to one corner of the yard, then turn around and walk back - not applying the treatment as prescribed and invoiced. I contacted the company and they immediately defended the worker. Later, the same person contacted me to say that they “give leeway” to the technicians when there are leaves on the ground. No one made any attempt to make things right. It was very disappointing to say the least. I cancelled.
