mislead me about cancellation and refunds. (was dealing with the actual website company where i ordered items from https://www.wondergears.com/) i made an error during checkout where i misunderstood their offer. so instead of getting two items i end up with 5 items. contacted the rep immediately and was told can't cancel order. need to wait for order to arrive then send back to them for a refund (RIDICULOUS). i was even given a link about their RETURNS POLICY. turns out on the invoice there is a DIFFERENT link and clearly says that you can cancel order provided it is not sent yet and you haven't receive a tracking number. when i point that out i did not receive a reply at all for days. then suddenly received an email saying ALL items has been sent and was given one tracking number for it. then items arrived and was only a few not all. i again ask for cancellation and refund. the reply was that items was shipped separately and was given a different tracking number which when i clicked did not register yet/exist with the delivery. and whats worse is that the extra items from checkout that was billed to me. they took more then what was invoiced and i still have not received any refunds. it has been more then 2 weeks of trying to get all of this sorted out. so just beware of how sly this company is. i don't know about the quality of the toys itself...as i can't even look at them at the moment.
