I never had the service before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. It was nice, soothing, and interesting to experience. The title of the service made me think I would be wrapped in something (seaweed?) but I wasn't so that made me chuckle at my ignorance. There were some awkward moments: the consistent sniffling of the spa employee as she worked on me; how she had to help peel me out of the robe as I stepped into the shower; the final step (moisturizing) felt rushed. Super sweet lady though! The receptionist was awesome and very helpful and welcoming. She gives a great first (and second) impression for the spa! It was very clean and warm atmosphere.
