I had some "critter" living under my house. I called Pest Lock and they came out the next morning. The tech went under the house and did a full inspection verifying that what ever was there was gone at the moment. I was then able to seal up the hole with confidence. The tech then took steps to remediate any future problems, and sprayed the house exterior for insects (we also had some ant problems). Over all I was very pleased with the responsiveness, knowledge and courtesy of everyone I had contact with, especially the technician. I will continue to user Pest Lock in the future.
