tree to be removed, scheduling nightmare on the day of .... plan on taking the entire day off work to wait and see when/if showing up or rescheduling because it's what's convenient for them. And then the owner yelled at me on the phone for leaving a bad review. The owner was extremely rude to me, disrespectful, and bullying, and when i said just cancel it all, he got all mad and more rude. I just said cancel it, thank you, and goodbye. He then later tried to blame it all on me and say i was the one who was rude and disrespectful which is a complete outright lie ! He blatantly lied about it all.
