Bert Hull is very knowledgeable, professional, very easy to work with and tries to accommodate all requests. He is very thorough during his inspections and uses a lot of different tools (some very interesting). My husband has worked in the construction field for over 40 years and he was very impressed with Bert. He takes pictures or videos of any defeats and you receive a comprehensive inspection report. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!! Buying a house is a big investment, having Bert do your inspection gives you a peace of mind that you know the house has had the best inspection possible!
