I was stranded on the side of the road with my key broken off in the ignition of my older car. My dad gave me the number for these guys, and from there, the rest was problem free. They took really good care of my car and were careful not to damage anything when they removed the broken key. The guy cut me a new one right then and there which I did not expect at all. Then he sprayed something in the ignition to keep it greased up or whatever so it would not happen again anytime soon.
