It all started well with a prompt response to my first call and Jim's visit to assess the damage on my ceiling. This was on July 2nd. Since then no one has come back to me for a quote and perform the work. Everytime I called and I was told Justin is busy. And finally, today, I have been told it will be another 2 weeks before someone may provide a quote. Very disappointing when you consider the asset that represents a house
