Ordered a product called Pyrid on November 10 to help with an infestation of biting midges (noseeums) in my home. Needed it quickly. Anxiously waited a week for product. Called on November 17 to find out where it was. Turns out it hasn't even shipped yet. The Customer Service rep said the product is on backorder, so no telling when I would've found that out if I hadn't called. So if you have a pressing pest problem, go elsewhere for a solution.
