I failed myself the first time mostly because I was nervous. I rescheduled and passed the second time. Both of the examiners were very professional, alert and knowledgeable. You have to use their car which I think is a bonus as I don't have a car and it was tricky finding one to borrow. It's also way easier to get an appointment here rather than waiting three months for a spot to open at the DMV.
