To ring the night before my dogs groom to tell me they’ve increased the price by 20% is terrible bad business practice. The price charged upon booking should have been honoured and it wasn’t. To rub further salt into the wounds the Fleet branch put their prices up a week before their other branches. Who gives themselves a 20% pay rise overnight ?
