I ordered on Dec 3rd: 1 CASE of Brighton Professional Enzyme Plus Odor Eliminator 32oz 1 CASE of Royal Dansk Butter Cookies 12oz 1 Wilen Cob Web Duster W/handle I received the Duster w/ handle very promptly. I had to call about the other items and was told I would receive it on following Monday Dec 16th from Staples. I received: 1 BOTTLE of Enzyme Odor Eliminator and 1 can of Dansk cookies. I called and complained, and was told I would receive a call back after the problem was re-searched. On Friday Dec 20, I received: 1 bottle of Enzyme Odor Eliminator and 1 can of cookies. I called left a message and received no call back. I have called every day since, but no answer and I just get a message to leave a message. I feel I have been ripped off and I am very disappointed in your lack of customer service and completing my order. If this is not resolved, I will dispute the sale on my credit card. Your Business is named Buy It By the CASE! That is why I ordered from you in the first place. Please resolves this ASAP. Becky Snyder
