Heidi Adams was my coach and I greatly appreciated her approach and engagement in helping me keep my goals in focus as I move from good to better in my overall health. She was inclusive and her coaching style very much suited me and where I am in achieving my goals. We resolved that I will pause on the coaching calls for now until such a time that I have not step changed the goals.
