This is a great program. I was skeptical in the beginning but once I starting seeing the end results and feeling a lot better I was convinced this is the REAL DEAL. I melted away 35 pounds in about 9 weeks. I have kept the weight off now for over a year. Just follow everything that you are told and you will get healthier and lose the weight.
