I called Bob this afternoon, hoping for a visit next week. The painter spilled paint on the carpet, a good size spill, last month. Bob surprised me in the best way--arriving late afternoon today! I thought he would just review it and then schedule me for another tine. He was able to remove the entire spot TODAY!! Thrilled to pieces! We used his service a few years ago before we moved into the house. I was so happy I kept his contact information.
