I was recovering from an injury and had put on substantial weight. the extra weight was giving me knee and back pain as well as severely hurting my energy and self esteem. I ran into an old colleague that introduced me to this gym. upon my first visit to this gym I was welcomed like an old friend. the entire staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and motivating. there was no intimidation by either the staff or the other gym attendees. The workouts were all closely monitored to make sure that I was not only doing them correctly and not hurting myself, but modified to ensure maximum results from my efforts and skill level. I am physically and mentally invested in my transformation to a more fit human being and this gym and his staff is the reason why !
