The technicians are amazing. There administration system are designed for the convenience of the business and not of the customers. You have to wait until the morning of the day if advice to find out when they are coming so you will have to take the entire day off of work. This is ridiculous. Scheduling is not rocket science and surely they could design a system that works for the customers as well as scheduling their technicians. And then when the have to order parts you have to take off another entire day off work. I have never seen another service company do things this way. I have talked to them about this many times but they can’t figure out how to serve their customers better. It’s all about them. And the people answering the phones are not kind. It’s too bad because the repairmen are great at what they do.
