No company is perfect but we've had to call with issues three times since moving into our Port Charlotte home and Boyd Brothers get a solid "A" from us. The techs we met were knowledgeable, courteous, and neat. I can't say Boyd is the least expensive but they've always responded in a few hours, fixed the problems and made recommendations to improve our AC system and home electrical, without hype or a hard sell.
