Boss Optima scheduled and cancelled service 5 times. I was given various reasons for the work not being done. On the second occasion they said that due to the snow that day they could not drive on the roads and that the water in the truck would freeze. The roads had been plowed and the snow was rapidly melting. I played phone tag with many people, including the company president and was never satisfied. When I requested a full refund I was told that it was their policy to only give credit for future work when there is a cancellation. They were the ones who cancelled, not me. During the latest conversation the person speaking said that I would get a refund but they were experiencing technical issues and it could not be resolved until sometime next week. At this point I have a very hard time believing anything that anyone from Boss Optima has to say
