I had a water main break which wrecked my finished basement, shortly after I had another water disaster that ruined my bedroom. Northstar was right on top of it. Great communication, friendly staff, they were so fast with the clean up and the restoration, patient with my insurance company, and finally...the quality. I mean, it looks amazing. I like it better now then before! Going forward, I will use this company for all future needs. I was also pleasantly surprised at the wide array of services..it was convenient having them do the mitigation & then the restoration, but I was thankful to learn they took care of my damaged furniture as well.
