Was with NW Pest before Cypress Creek Pest Control took them over. Now it seems this new company does not intend to honor their inherited agreements - specifically, maintaining a set, unchanged rate for service. Within just 4 months of them taking over, I was told of a rate increase - but get this - not by email, not prior to service, but as the technician finished spraying my house, I was then told of the increase.
