I received an email right away to inform me that this product was backordered and the approximate ship date would not be until late December early January. I had no issue with waiting as the weather has turned cold for this outside project. I was surprised that I received the shipment 2 months earlier than expected. I love that they were honest and upfront about a potential delay but the fact it was received earlier than expected was amazing. I will definitely use them again
