I’ll have to say this was the worst experience I’ve had with a Barber. The judgement I’ve dealt with when i had questions and the constant latenesses to scheduled appointments. This experience actually heightened my anxiety. There was a time I had to wait in the snow outside for half a hour when she was getting a massage next door(when we set a scheduled time. She cancelled on my birthday and blamed the weather although this was immediately before my appointment came up and oddly enough I show her with another client during that time. She always mentioned free haircuts at the time to me even a week earlier so to change it suddenly on my birthday was horribly rude. Haircuts were mediocre at best and she shaves with hairspray so skin was always irritated. I am glad that I made the change as it was always an uncomfortable experience
