I'd been having a leak in my kitchen and living room for a couple years now but couldn't find the source. My bedroom is located directly above the living room but only the living room was showing leaks during heavy rainstorms. I finally called Legacy Roofing to have someone try and find out what was going on and they found the issue. The perimeter seals weren't installed correctly so the water from the rain was washing down the siding of the house by the chimney into the living room As soon as they fixed the perimeters, I haven't had any issues. They were personable, worked with my schedule, and told me EVERYTHING they were planning to do. I'm not a roofer, but it was nice to know WHAT they were doing and WHY! Amazing company and will be spreading the word to whoever needs roofing service.
