I purchased a $80.00 chemical for pest control and when it arrived the box was soiled due to the product leaking. I called customer service to report this and was told to take pictures and respond to an email with proof, and I did. An employee by the name of Lance responded to me offering me a $15.00 refund for a product that I paid $80.00 for, which was unacceptable. I declined the refund and requested a replacement product and a return label to ship this mess that was sent to me back but have since received no response. I called customer service again and received no updates or solutions!
