Do not send loved ones here. My son was taken in by Terros because he was talking suicide and had substance issues. Every time my son called he was all drugged up, sound like a good idea for an addict? He begged for help, was told he had a bed elsewhere but on his last day they said they no longer had a place for him to go. He was thrown on the street to find his own way. Tried to get into another facility but denied because he tested positive for Covid, in which he was fine when he went in. He spiraled because he was let down, found in a park unresponsive. How can a place say they are to help but just make people worse.
