Both Sara Kramm and Connor Tuminello have been absolutely amazing to work with! I can’t say enough positive things about their knowledge, expertise, patience, understanding, communication, and kindness to me. I didn’t know anything about marketing when I got started and there were so many questions I had and things that I didn’t understand. I felt so ill-equipped but they made me feel valuable and they helped me believe in myself! They both have been so very patient with me and never made me feel like I was burdening them for asking lots of questions or requesting numerous edits to the website they were building for me. They were extremely understanding and made me feel like I could be myself with them! You know that it’s a great company when you can be yourself with people and feel genuine. Sara and Connor are both so personable and easy to work with! I really felt like I could be honest with both of them and I love my relationship with both of them, so much that I’ve decided to open another account with them for a second business.
