Voss & company was the worst company’s I ever had to deal with. It all had to do with communication & scheduling. The owner Derick is not a man of his word he always had a excuse as to why he was going to reschedule, it was the supplier, parts, damage, one thing after another….. always something or someone’s fault why Voss couldn’t come and install or finish what they started. I was the lucky one because I did receive what I paid for. It was a long hard road , but I made it to the end. The only thing I can tell anyone that is thinking about hiring Voss or Derick’s company is DO NOT HIRE VOSS OR DERICK TO INSTALL ANYTHING. The employees do great work, but the scheduling and excuses will take forever.
