James did an outstanding job systematically diagnosing a motherboard problem that killed my too old desktop computer. The system had a Raid 0 pair of hard drives that also had some issues. While my emergency required me to get a new machine, he managed to recover the Raid 0 drives and really streamlined the setup of the new machine. Make sure to back up the Raid 0 drives!
