Minority’s beware! We commissioned them to wrap our vehicle with a $1000 depot. They never returned our inquiry of design proof and the person designing our wrap was always out of the office or at lunch; and after several phone calls we went directly to the store. Bob the one of the designers said it best to call for proof instead of “popping in”. Finally we went in to request a refund and the owner Clifford Smith happened to be in. We informed him of our problem and the lack of any design he stated that he would not give us a refund because our wrap has already been cut specifically for our vehicle. I asked him how could they cut the wrap if they did not have confirmation if we were going with a full or partial wrap and no design has been given to me and no proof has been approved. I said then show me what he had complete Clifford Smith stayed it was rolled up with other wraps. In short I wanted Clifford to produce work that has started or give me a refund. He could not produce any work then stated that my design was outsourced, really! Clifford stated that my questions of either proof that work was started “this is going down hill” said if I don’t leave he will call the cops? Really, for what? He called the cops and described me as a black man not leaving the property when asked. He has $1000 of mine did not produce any work and 5 Pineville police cars shows up with hands on their guns. After all of that he had the nerve to ban me from the property, not give me a refund and an hour later gave me a drawing that any amateur could produce. All without returning our $1000 deposit.
