I called Henton when we started having problems with our septic system. When the called to let me know the issue I was told they had good news and bad news. The bad news, I needed a new leach field. The good news was that there was a program ran by the NRD in our area where they would reimburse me for upto 75% of the cost. I had never heard of any program like this and if Henton did not mention it I would have been on the hook for the full cost. I had them install an extra 500 gallon tank and a larger leach field that what we had. They showed up early on a Saturday and were done so fast that I thought maybe they left for lunch. Their office personnel are on the ball as well. I got excellent communications via emails, I hardly ever had to wait more than 24 hours for a response. Highly recommend this company.
