“Doctor” kicked me out from the office, he denied me service because his staff failed to provide me with the right information before the appointment. I requested the paperwork I filled out when I came in to the office since we were not doing any business with them and the front lady with a F aptitud said that the Doctor will keep it and then started saying Bye … Bye….. Bye….. Bye… ……..Bye. What a fantastic customer service they have there. I am in the military and my PTSD kicked in and I just controlled myself. This people needs more training and how to interact with personnel. Completely failure in their part.
