Burn Kickboxing is definitely a great workout- probably the best I've ever experienced. I have tried a lot of gym programs before, but never have they ever kept me going 4x week. The staff is very encouraging and motivating and they're always willing to give you a hand when needed. You just get a great sense of community there- would definitely recommend to many of my friends and colleagues. Nothing but positive things to say :-)
