The Federal Savings Bank had a much lower loan cost and were WAY easier to work with. I was highly impressed with Richie Duncan and his team and how quickly and easily they were able to take over the loan and still close us on time. They definitely put Amerisave to shame on this one and saved us a lot of $ in the process.
