Crystal came to my mothers house to deal with a mice issue. She did a thorough inspection of EVERY room in the house searching for access areas and trails. She placed poison traps all over the house and sealed a few holes. I accompanied her during her inspection and I was very impressed by her knowledge. She even happened to notice small beetles and discovered their source was from a few boxes of pancake mix and flour. I will be sure to request her by name for the next visit.
