The chair was very comfortable, I really enjoy the calf and foot massage piece. The one thing I wish it did (I may have missed it in reading the instructions) is massaging more muscles at once, instead of the right side of the shoulder, and the left side of your arm, then it switches. If the chair can do both shoulders at once, and both arms at once, it would make for an even better experience. Overall, I would buy this chair!
