Our Account Manager, Fana, has been very reliable in answering every question or responding to every request I had. I have also interacted with the company owner, Jeff, who was very meticulous and thorough in helping decide the proper adhesive needed for my hardwood installation. Overall, I am very happy with the service and materials I purchased.
