K would rate this company a 1. My insurance was cancel, didn't have insurance on my home for 9 days. They never got the payment in time for my renewal after the refinance. Then someone asked me if my taxes were due in December. When everyone knows it starts in November for a discount. So far is the 18 of November and I close on Oct 28 and the payment has not been received or shows that is paid. Bad Handling of my payments. Not a good feeling when you don't have insurance thanks to these people.
