Jennifer LeBrun is amazing! With a large group of 11 people and a baby traveling during COVID, stress was overpowering the excitement of having a vacation. Jennifer listened to what we wanted and made it seamless for us. She walked us through each step and procedure that needed to be done due to COVID. When s*** hit the fan and our resort closed two days before we were supposed to leave (due to COVID) Jen was on the ball and found us another spot and had everything set up and ready to go for us the next day!
