Basic, basic, basic phone services. For months we couldn't call Sprint customers. Phone drops. ZERO customer service and ZERO tech support (this is a mild exaggeration... I'll give them a 1 out of 100 score for responsiveness and customer care). They have let me down consistently. I've asked them to allow my callers to dial an extension and go directly to a phone, and they have dropped off the face of the planet (as far as my business is concerned). No responses to multiple emails and phone calls. They don't care about anything except the money they are forcing me to pay them despite the bad service.
