About Dr. Creech
David Creech, MD, is a board-certified plastic surgeon known for his integrity, surgical skill, and dedication to ensuring that every patient learns about their options, makes a well-informed decision about their care, and receives customized treatment that meets their aesthetic goals. He welcomes patients of all ages and ethnicities at his practice in Chandler, Arizona, where he and the entire staff make each patient feel comfortable, cared for, and appreciated.
Dr. Creech opened his practice in 1988, and since that time has worked with highly experienced staff who are vital to helping patients receive accurate information and close personal attention. His staff members maintain up-to-date training, combining their expertise with an outstanding level of concern for each patient.
The practice offers the full scope of aesthetic procedures, including abdominoplasty, liposuction, breast augmentation, brow lifts, facelifts, rhinoplasty, and blepharoplasty. Patients also have nonsurgical options for rejuvenating their appearance, from Botox®, Juvéderm®, and platelet-rich plasma with fat injections, to high-quality skin care products.
After completing active duty in the United States Air Force as a Sergeant and Hospital Administrative Specialist, Dr. Creech graduated with a bachelor of science degree from the University of Missouri in Columbia, Missouri. He stayed at the University of Missouri, where he studied neurochemistry for a year before earning his Doctor of Medicine.
Dr. Creech completed his internship and residency in general surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, Kansas, then relocated to Louisville, Kentucky, to do his residency in plastic surgery at the University of Louisville Medical School. He maintains active membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and the Arizona Society of Plastic Surgeons.
