Spent over 2 weeks trying to make appointment for severely ill husband. Company admits they just forgot about my paperwork. Then they tell me they don't take ANY medicare supplement plans because of their contracts. Told them from the 1st call what insurance he had, they could have told us at that time instead of wasting our time. Now I have less than a week to find him ppc. This is the ONLY Organization that refuses medicare supplement plans that we have encountered.

Thie medical office lacks communication between staff members, one asks id you want a flu shot, then it's not provided. They will not treat pain, even after looking in your mouth and seeing all your broken teeth. Want to give an anti-inflammatory that's contradicted for someone with kidney disease. I am going to the ER next time probably to day. The lack of care is terrible. I am looking for a new doctor.
