Main point: Do not come to Dental One Associates of Cross Keys for any dental care or services. Do not go to any offices associated with Dental Care Alliance. See below for details. Please take this review very seriously. Note - One star goes to Dr. Seto. Outside of that, the office earns zero stars. Staff: Dr. Huynh - The Dr. comes off as defensive and has poor bedside manner. She terminated my treatment plan after 2 months without notice which is a form of dental malpractice under patient abandonment. The only reason why no lawyer will take my case is because there was no physical injury and they wouldn't make enough on my case. I wasn't delinquent on bills and even got two teeth extracted per her recommendation. I had regular questions and concerns about orthodontic treatment and she took it as a sign of mistrust. Now, I have to transfer to a new orthodontist. The new orthodontists are confused by the sudden transfer, and so am I. Sharonda - Absolute worst customer service I've seen for a long time, in all honest. I can't understand how this person was hired as an office manager. It should be virtually impossible to have someone give you a 5 star rating and another person a 1 star rating. This, to me, means if you are on her good side things seem fine, but she will retaliate and make life difficult if she feels threatened or doesn't have her way. If you comply and pay the money there are no problems. However, if you think critically, ask questions, and challenge terms of agreement with honesty it is met with dismissal, rudeness, and denial of services in subtle and petty ways. She will talk over you and talk down to you in a condescending manner so that she can seem right and in control. She doesn't listen very well. I was scheduled for a 30 minute appt to have bottom braces put on which takes at least an hour and Sharonda kept me from my appt to discuss terms of a new contract before I could be seen. She will not answer questions between appts or via email but will make you use your appt time to deliberate over costs, bills, contracts. There is no one above her in the chain of command so if you are on her revenge tour your experience will be far from great. Office staff - They have very long wait times on the phone, up to 30 minutes at a time. There is no sense of command or confidence and they look undertrained and overwhelmed. They make regular errors in scheduling - I've seen a patient walk in and be told that her appt was canceled and they did not receive a text message. I could see the frustration on her face. Dental Care Alliance: I called them and of the several prompts I dialed I wasn't able to reach anyone but a phone message. I did leave a message and have not had a return call. This likely means that they are not interested in directly helping you or responding in a timely manner - but only about making as much money as they can with as little real "care" for their patients. It is a "my way or the highway" place and it isn't a great fit for anyone wanting a long term, and ethical, direct-dental care relationship.
