Overall I couldn't be happier with the experience and results. If you are doubting the effectiveness of direct mail as a medium vs Facebook/LinkedIn/Instagram, I would encourage you to reconsider. I did my homework, created a solid offer and wanted results. John's input regarding my target audience proved valuable. This campaign yielded a 237% ROI and the calls are still coming in.
