Dr. Ben Deheshi Orthopedics Fort Worth, TX

The absolute BEST orthopedic doctor, and I’ve been to quite a few over the years. Dr. Ben replaced both of my knees a year apart and did the “muscle sparing” procedure. Outside of physical therapy afterwards, I had minimal pain. The other thing I love about this clinic is that I was able to TEXT the staff or Dr Ben at any time with any questions or when I needed refills on meds. They would always get right back to me. Never had this with any doctor in the past. The staff is great! I highly recommend Dr. Deheshi to everyone with knee problems! I had not been able to walk without severe pain since 2006. I was petrified of knee replacement, so I had every shot and procedure available before I couldn’t stand the pain any longer. Now I walk all over the place with zero pain! WOW! Dr. Deheshi changed my life completely. He is a superstar knee/hip surgeon in Dallas/Fort Worth and we are so lucky to have him and his wonderful staff. First the background: I had been taking predisone for about 6 mos and when I stopped I noticed that I was having some hip pain, it got to the point where I was unable to walk and was falling down- basically completly immobile. We went to the ER and was greeted with Dr. Deheshi's amazing hospital staff and the man himself. He explained the diagnosis, treatment, and therapy right from the beginning. I was diagnosed with Avascular necrosis- aka hip attack, and a replacment hip was needed. From that very first diagnosis Dr. Deheshi and his staff were so fantastic about making sure that I had everything I needed, the comfort that they gave me really helped me to transition and manage my expectations. I can't stress how important this is from a medical provider- but the greatest part is that professionalism and care is extended by all of his staff! Every single interaction was a positive and kind experience. While in the hospital, I kept hearing stories about how amazing Dr. Deheshi is and how I was lucky to have him as my surgeon, as he has been known as the surgeon to see when other procedures fail or complications arise. I didn't think much of it at the time, but here 4 mos post op, and those words resonate with me and I can't begin to stress how accurate those sentements were. Dr. Deheshi restored my quality of life by 100% I was immobile, had a leg length discrepancy and couldnt do even the most basic things, like walk in the grass, or go to the park without being in extreme pain and discomfort. He really is the Michael Jordan/Pablo Picasso of the hip and knee world and his staff selection is the most professional lot of medical personell that i have ever had to deal with, and I do not like going to doctors or hospitals. My life is so much better- my leg length was corrected, my hip is solid again and the scarring was very minimal- I never thought I would be impressed with a scar! Dr. Dehshi is an asolute blessing and you couldn't find yourself in better hands. Here's the best bit though, that level of professionalism and care doesn't stop post surgery. His staff goes above and beyond in every dealing, I've never had a bad experience with them and they are so on point about everything it almost felt like I had a dedicated social worker! I am so grateful to Dr. Deheshi and his staff for completely changing my life and giving me the chance to live the fulfilling and active life that we all deserve. Thank you so very much!
